Job details: Permanent Full time position Base salary up to $110,000.00 per annum 12% superannuation Clinic based role with community travel Relocation assistance provided Salary packaging available 6 weeks annual leave 15 days personal leave 10 days study leave Responsibilities Provide holistic care for children (0–5 and up to 15 as needed), including growth monitoring, immunisations, screenings, developmental assessments, and early childhood programs. Oversee the Child Health Portfolio, including program delivery, case planning, health promotion, and service coordination to ensure quality care. Provide antenatal and postnatal education, home visits, and support for parenting, bonding, breastfeeding, nutrition, and safe home environments. Work with families experiencing complex needs using strength-based, culturally appropriate care in collaboration with health teams, RAHPs, and community partners. Build community-based programs, facilitate parenting groups, promote health education, and support community connections and stakeholder collaboration.
